An email the moment you're about to run out
Set a reorder point per SKU or variant. The moment you cross it, you get an email with a suggested reorder quantity, worked out from your trailing 30, 60, and 90-day sales. That's it. That's the whole app.
One alert, done reliably. Nothing else.
Every inventory tool in this category tries to be a dashboard. We're trying to be one email that arrives on time, every time.
- Not a purchase order tool. No PO creation, no supplier communication.
- Not supplier management. No contacts, no lead times, no MOQs to maintain.
- Not a forecasting dashboard. No charts to learn, no settings to tune.
This doesn't exist yet
We haven't built it. This page is us checking whether enough small Shopify stores actually want it before we spend the weeks it takes to build it right. Every signup below is the vote. If enough stores join, we build it. If not, we've saved everyone the trouble of a product nobody needed.
Honestly, that's the whole pitch: we'd rather ask first than guess and ship something nobody asked for.
Stocky is going away, and Shopify's replacement doesn't cover this
July 7, 2025
Transfers and min/max forecasting quietly stopped working
February 2, 2026
Delisted from the Shopify App Store, no new installs
August 31, 2026
Full shutdown, every Stocky API stops responding
Shopify's native Admin inventory tools are what's left once Stocky is gone, and they don't include demand forecasting, reorder-point alerts, or restock recommendations. Shopify recommends a separate barcode-labels app for the physical workflow, but there's no built-in answer for "tell me when to reorder."
The tools that do fill that gap mostly aren't built for stores like yours. They're priced and designed for brands running multiple warehouses and thousands of orders a month:
- Prediko, $49-349/mo
- Cogsy, $49-199/mo
- Fabrikator, $99-350/mo
- Inventory Planner, ~$4K/yr
If you're running one or two locations, that's a lot of tool and a lot of price for one job: knowing when to reorder.
$9/mo, if we build it
Planned, not final. Nothing's built, so nothing's priced yet for real. If you already run Kelso: Back in Stock Alerts, we'd bundle the two with a discount rather than charge you twice for one relationship.
